Please make your room reservations by June 20, 2011. After June 20, reservations will be on a space available basis and may not qualify for the reduced rate. The rooms at the reduced group rate are limited and may be sold out before the cut-off date. Please request check-in/check-out and cancellation information when making your hotel reservation.

The recommended dress is business casual for the entire event. In summer, Denver enjoys low relative humidity, making for beautiful, sun-filled days and cool, comfortable evenings. The average daily high temperature in August is a mild 86 degrees Fahrenheit. Please pack accordingly to ensure your comfort.
