Onsite Registration (begins 7/11) - a $100 additional charge will be added to the Advance Fee.

**Residents and fellows are required to email (cme@tulane.edu) a letter on official letterhead and signed by the department supervisor verifying status. Registrations without proper documentation will be charged the full registration rate.
